Evalloop uses a multi-tenant architecture with strict row-level security (RLS). This means your organization's data—including scores, judge remarks, and startup details—is mathematically isolated from all other organizations. No one outside your authorized administrative pool can access your event's specific workflow.

• Organizers: Professional contact information, email, and authentication credentials.
• Judges: Names and email addresses for secure terminal provisioning.
• Participants: Startup/Team names, founder details, and event-specific metadata provided by the organizer.
• Scores: Purely technical evaluation data points generated during the event process.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Information collected is used strictly to power the Evalloop scoring engine, generate your results CSV, and maintain the audit trail for your judging process. Access to judge remarks is restricted solely to the event organizers.
